Oxpit.com opens the doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated Oxpit quality assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right packages reach on time. Our services are at your doorsteps with affordable delivery charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services and FREE DELIVERY for most orders. We deliver products all over the world. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details including those that are offered for free shipping and those with a charge.

Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery might take longer than usual time-frame/line to be followed by Oxpit. The delivery time-frame is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced time-frame as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics etc, also for the supplier delay for mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services.

Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays / public holidays.

Exceptional Delivery:

There are some exceptional items imported. These items can take more days to reach you.

You can make your purchases on Oxpit.com and get delivery from anywhere in the world. Delivery charge varies according to customers’ country. In case of paid order, Oxpit.com cannot be held liable if customer does not receive it within 2 months.

Return/Replacement Guarantee

We provide great customer experience each time you shop with Oxpit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement/Return Guarantee’. We accept return and if will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail replacement service. In case you do not need replacement, your money will be refunded.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at buyer@oxpit.com within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Return/Replacement and refund for products is subject to inspection and checking is mandatory before refund/replacement. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, broken by customer or damaged while using by customer.

Buyer should email our support team for return address where product will be shipped to. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost from his country.

Refund:

If any order is canceled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel.

The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is canceled, its related cashback will also be canceled. Oxpit.com is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer’s debit/credit card if customer claims a refund.

Buyers would be given a tracking numbers for their orders and oxpit recommends buyers to track their purchased products with given tracking number(s) via https://17track.net
